How does the cross town affiliation between Texas A&M and Texas A&M at Galveston work? They are roughly ~3 hours apart depending on Houston traffic and that would be a long ways to commute... Does anyone have any experience with these two specific schools and their NROTC programs? Since Galveston is on the water and has its own NROTC branch, surely I wouldn't have to commute? Thanks for any help.

What did the cadre at A&M tell you when you asked them?? Have you talked to the ROO there?? Have you visited their websites?? I'm sure you didn't come to the discussion board first to get such a school specific question answered.

They are not cross town affiliates. TAMU-G is a completely separate program. However, many people who don't receive admission to Texas A&M attend A&M Galveston for a year then transfer to main campus.

Visited their website and didn't find anything directly answering my question, which is why I called multiple times and have not yet been able to get a hold of someone, which is why my question(s) had yet to be answered, which is why I posted on here.

Feel free to PM me with any questions. I'm a current student in the Corps at Texas A&M
