I was looking at the 2013-2014 calendar and see that between bct and first day of class there is "TRANSITION" that Monday-Wednesday. What does that mean? Thanks.

Moving to new rooms with new roommates, buying books, and various training activities.
 
For the Basics they will also practice for A-day parade and will still be "Basics" -- not accepted into the wing til A-day and thus will not move freely about on the T-zo, but still with their BCT squadron/flight
