Candidates have 45 days to accept an appointment once it is offered. Deadline for decisions from the first big wave of appointments that went out is April 12 - per this thread (contains a lot of good info re: offers that have gone out to date): http://www.serviceacademyforums.com/showthread.php?t=31352

So do you expect everyone to hear in this "second wave" mid-April or on into May??

That's when they have to respond by or lose their offer.
