I'm interested in Combat Arms, but open to suggestions. What would you guys say the best Army Officer MOS is?

I have an uncle who was an MI human intel officer, he seemed to have enjoyed it. Any current or former Army officers share your experiences!

The "Best" army officer MOS...

Is the one you choose because it's the one YOU want to live/learn/love and where and how you wish to serve.

They are ALL "the Best" for at least some people. You really can't say one is "better" than the other as all have a purpose.

This applies, IMHO, to all the services as well as to "life outside" the military!

Also applies to choice of major in college. Pick one you enjoy studying and you will do well. If you pick a major based on some sort of career enhancement idea, you may very well find yourself miserable, with bad grades and finishing college elsewhere.

The guys who I met who were combat arms seemed to be more Army career minded while the logistics and medical guys seems to be building up for jobs on the outside because their branches translate better.

Honestly, I think most people will suggest its is what you make it. I am medical (Nurse Corps) and my job obviously translates well over to the civilian world but promotions are pretty open if I decide to stay in. As I said before a lot depends on you and how you shape your career.
