Received. Depending on the academy, you can call and verbally accept, or accept online as well. Email works too. Just ensure you receive an acknowledgment.

Not sure about ROTC.

For West Point, USPS overnight will sometimes end up at the Post Mailroom which could delay it by a day or two in getting to the admission office. FEDEX should get to the building you want it to get to.

If you use overnight, ensure you call and verbally accept the appointment to an Admissions Officer or Technician.

I know it feels good to send in the card, but the important thing is ensuring that they know you accept:thumb:
