I am seeing a lot of threads that are suggesting the applicant contact their AROTC CC. How does your ds know who this might be. He doesn't see anything on the app. He has a few pertinant questions.
 
There on the app someplace it says contact us or something like that. You fill out the form with your question, and then when they answer it will appear on the dashboard under messages I think. Not sure of the exact wording because I don't have it in front of me.
