son trying to finish a couple of things on rotc website this wkend but every time it says service unavailable. can anyone confirm that it is down.

also can you change your college choice order after the first board (if you get passed over on the first go-around)?

DS tried to access application portal yesterday and was getting the same message. I'm not sure, but I think they keep doing updates or something on the weekends. This is like the third time it's happened to him. It's frustrating since sometimes the weekends are the only time he has to work on it. But, I told him he may as well get used to things like this if he's going to have a military career!

You can change your college choice order and your test scores after the first board (or any other time you want).

Completing the ROTC AP?

DS finished all parts of the ROTC application.

On the dashboard all areas are green and listed as complete or approved with the exception of two yellowed areas:

Next to PFA it (in yellow) says SENT. However under uploads the PFA is listed in Green which means "Required documents that have been approved will have a Green Check."

Another Yellow is next to STATUS. When that page is clicked the Additional Remarks section is filled out and saved.

Now he is trying to figure out how to send it.
Does he send it?
Has anyone finished. I feel like we are staring at the dashboard at one final button to push and we cant figure it out. (He already emailed CC)

There is no official "send" as far as I know. Once everything is green (except STATUS, I'm assuming will remain yellow until awarded scholarship or not) they will see your app at the first board.
