If a Candidate is determinded to be 3'Q, USMA Admissions may send the Candidate a letter or email indicating that the Candidate file has been reviewed and the Candidate is fully Qualified (3 Q'd).
To be considered for an LOA you must have official SAT/ACT scores, official transcripts, and a verified class rank (if your school ranks) which normally comes on your transcripts or the Request for Academic Information form that you send to your HS counselor.
