I am the Orienteering team Non-commissioned Officer in Charge, also known as the Team Commander, in AFJROTC. It asks on the candidate activity record if I was/am a JROTC Officer and if I was/am a JROTC Commander.

Do I answer yes or no? I know I should explain it in the resume either way.

No, you can't answer that as "yes" if you're not at least a C/2LT or higher.

HOWEVER...it should be FULLY explained in your resume and to your ALO as many ALO's have no clue what orienteering is!

I do...but then again...I'm a SASI.

Might be a stupid question, but is there a Cadet Officer-in-Charge of your Orienteering team? If so what is his or her title?

If you are in charge of the team, but you are a non-commissioned officer then your title would probably be NCOIC.

There's no officer in charge of OT. I'm completely in charge...
And. AFrpaso, it was nice meeting you! Thanks for letting me use your laptop ;p
