ARMY ROTC BOARD Question

I was wondering if a candidate recieved an AROTC scholarship from the first board to one of their schools, is it still possible for them to receive another scholarship to different school at one of the later boards?

No. That's it. There will be no other offers. You have 30 days to accept (as I recall but the letter will say). You should always accept. You can decline it later if you need to or attempt to transfer it to another school in April.
