If you are an Eagle Scout and graduate from USNA, do you graduate as an Ensign or as a Lieutenant JG?

Unless you graduate as a Second Lieutenant in the Marine Corps! USNA produces both Ensigns and Second Lieutenants, depending on branch of service. Lieutenant JG is the rank following Ensign, about two years later.
 
Whether or not your were an Eagle Scout has nothing to do with that.

What? You mean being an Eagle Scout isn't the equivalent of 2 years active duty as a junior officer? :eek:
