I am an MSI Cadet who applied for Project GO for Russian through Arizona State, I was curious as to how competitive I am and when I should hear back.

You should be competitive.

Stats look good.
The NSCS won't really do much for you.
 
For anyone who is interested:

Application window is now open to apply for Project GO language scholarships for domestic and study abroad summer programs. Project GO universities are currently accepting applications for scholarships and programs to study critical languages during summer 2014. Deadlines and application procedures vary by university. All ROTC students in good standing are eligible to apply. Don't delay and apply for these unique opportunities before the published deadlines.
