I know someone here's got one, I'm looking to improve my workouts instead of just running on the treadmill all the time. Thanks!

Google the 2013 National Scout Jamboree in West Virginia.

The Navy SEALs had a challenge to pass the SEAL physical screening test (PST).

There was a PowerPoint with an eight week workout schedule. I also believe it contained information on diet.

Check out Stew Smith's "The Complete Guide to Navy SEAL Fitness: 12 Weeks to BUD/S" and "The Navy SEAL Weight Training Workout." Stew Smith is a graduate of the Naval Academy and former Navy SEAL, and he's a genius when it comes to training.

First of all, great screen name. :thumb:

Secondly, as soon as you can, weather permitting, get off the treadmill and outside to run. And work in some hills. Running on solid ground is higher impact than on a treadmill, and if you are just a "treadmill gerbil" you risk overuse/impact injuries when you make the transition. For the same reason, make the transition to the great outdoors a little bit gradually if you can.

Third, everybody remembers pushups -- those seem military. Keep working on them, but don't forget your abs. If the detailers really want to crush you they go to slow count leg lifts.

Congrats and good luck!
