Firstly, do I have the opportunity to update my application to SLE after I have submitted it? I have taken the PSATs (have the scores for this), and took the SATs in January (I don't have the scores yet), and believe that my SAT scores will be higher. I've been waiting for my SAT scores to come to turn in the SLE application, but am getting really stressed as I want to get this application in ASAP. Would it be best to wait a week for my (most likely) better SAT scores, or submit the SLE App now with my PSAT scores?

Second question, does USMA look at one's weighted or unweighted GPA?

To answer you second question, both. Your weighted GPA becomes a little more telling to admissions because of AP and advanced classes. Both are important though.

I'd go with waiting for your SAT scores if you think they're going to be higher. I didn't get my app in until January 25ish, and I heard back today so I think it wouldn't hurt to wait a little longer to make sure you put forth your best foot.

If you're really eager to apply, you can apply first and then edit your SAT scores when they come. Good luck :thumb:
