Portal Update-I'm Confused

The ARTOC portal has updated and displays the following message...

"The deadline for beginning new applications for school year 2014-2015 has passed.The next application window for school year 2015-2016 begins 12 June 2014."

I cannot traverse the portal to options such as "application" or "additional information," and consequently cannot check the status of my app... How may I check the status of my app and/or what does this mean to me, if I am missing something.

Edit: add to that, I refreshed the page and was greeted by a blank page saying "You don't belong here"---- weird to me
 
ca2midwestmom, thanks for providing that link, its the first time I have been made aware of it.
 
When I went to the scholarship application status system page it said "Medical: not
received" I didn't see a tab on the application for this and thought I had completed my entire application. It also said to contact a professor of military science for an interview, but I did the interview in January. That confused me because it also says "Interview: received" above that.

Those two things (Medical not recvd and contact PMS) showed up on my DS's page also, even after everything was done. It only went away when he was awarded a scholarship. You will not do the Medical until after a scholarship is awarded. Since it does say "Interview received", don't worry about the "contact PMS" part. If you're concerned, it wouldn't hurt to contact the person on your e-mails to verify they have your interview.
 
Sometimes they update the system and it causes strange things like this to happen to everyone's portal. Usually it corrects in a few days. Wouldn't hurt to e-mail CC and just let them know you can't access your existing application information for the current year. They may be getting many similar e-mails.
 
Did you try the Scholarship Application Status System page? It may show info if you're waiting on the 3rd board. I checked my DS's application page like you and I see the same message. You could also contact by phone/e-mail anyone listed on the e-mails you've received.


ca2midwestmom, thanks for posting that link. my DS was seeing the same "...deadline has passed..." message on his portal, too. But the status page at the link you sent showed his scholarship and where he had accepted it. (he was awarded in the 2nd board)

I don't remember where that link was originally given ... in an e-mail maybe?

My DS portal has the same message. He can't get into the application either.
