Security Clearance Questions

For Section 12 (Where You Went to School)

It states: "Do not list education before your 18th birthday, unless to provide a minimum of two years of education history"

Should I put all four years of my high school as I turned 18 in January of my senior year?

Also, I received the FFS (Falcon Foundation scholarship).. I went to a non-accredited civil prep school, should I list this?


For Section 11 (Where Have You Lived)

Should I get the EXACT dates of things like when my family moved homes and of the like?

I'm sure that a security clearance wants as much information as possible and I have a feeling of what the answers are to these questions, I'm just worried about any hangups on I-Day and beyond if I don't fill these forms outs correctly. I've seen departments be surprisingly relaxed and then other departments surprisingly strict.
 
Suggestion

I am a 19 year old sophomore in college. For education, I posted my 2 years of college along with my 4 years of high school.
 
Feel free to put more information. You can list all four years and the prep school. If the investigator can't figure out what's up with that, there are bigger concerns for society and our security.

Include where you lived, but if you don't know exact dates, then provide the information you do know. I can't remember if I had the months or just years for mine.

Provide the information you can and allow the diggers to dig as much as they'd like.

Also, I noticed that when I try and put my social security number on the bottom right of the page, it goes away. Has this happened to you? Do you think it's ok if we have part computer entry data and part handwritten data?

When you enter your ssn where it first asks for it, the form should automatically fill all those boxes at the bottom of the pages for you.
 
Yes it's fine to type or hand write it. One day during first beast, you'll enter it all in to a computer application. Having it all on the paper when you show up makes it a lot easier than having to try and call someone to figure it out.

Haha you learn something new everyday. Thanks, I did not know that you re-enter during bct.
 
Make sure you keep copies of this document. If you continue your career in the Air Force, you will fill out many security clearance forms. It is nice to have all your past history organized already.
