Deadline to submitting test scores?

When is the deadline to submitting test scores (SAT and ACT) to the Naval Academy? Because I'm planning on retaking those tests until I get a score I'm satisfied with. I want to take the SAT and ACT both this October. Can I take them again in November if need be?
