SCHEDULER FORWARDED TO DODMERB Issue.

Hello all,
A few days ago, my portal updated the DoDMERB status to "SCHEDULER FORWARDED TO DODMERB". The instructions ask me to log-in to the Concorde sub-contractor site and schedule my exam. However, the log-in portal doesn't recognize my information after several attempts, and after calling Concorde about the issue, the response was "West Point hasn't sent the information yet". I was under the impression that this information was already sent. If anyone has any experience in this area, I would really appreciate some advice on how to continue.
