Stupid Mistake

So, I got to a question on the medical history, that I read and re-read several times: "Have you ever or do you have a medical illness or condition?"

I thought to myself, wow, that is a really silly question, of course I've been sick before, but nothing really serious...

So on the questionnaire form, I write in the explanation that I think I misunderstood the question, and simply indicated the most serious illness I've been diagnosed with (Rotavirus, so long ago I don't remember it).

Well, I get to my medical exam, and the doctor says "So you marked that you have a mental illness". Silly me, totally misreading the question...

My stupid mistake aside, the doctor marked on the exam sheet that it was a simple mistake and I did not actually have a mental illness.

My question is, will this cause me problems in getting qualified, and if so, what sort of remedial could be used to prove that I am actually sane?

Thank you!

All you have to do is print out the form and manually change the answer with a black pen, and initial your change. They will discuss it with you at the doctor visit. It's nothing to worry about, DoDMERB is prepared to deal with little mistakes like this. :) I had technical difficulties with the website myself, and a few manual changes on the form was all it took. You'll be fine. :)
