NROTC portal not updating

For the last two weeks my portal has stated that the recruiting depot still requires a HS Transcript and a Officer interview. The only odd thing is, I sent my HS transcript two weeks ago via email (I know it was received) and I conducted my officer interview over a week ago. Is it normal that NROTC will not update your page even though you are complete? And is it possible that I could be potentially boarded already? Any incite would be appreciated.

I know that the Marine Option side is notoriously slow to update -- sometimes weeks (or never) after the applicant has been notified via the recruiting station. From what I've seen of others on the board, the Navy side is better.

I think you should call your NROTC scholarship coordinator at the recruiting command who is working with your file to find out what is going on. I would not believe your file would be boarded in that status. There is a human element to updating your files, though, so there could be a backlog.

Interesting...My DS portal had said "Complete" and had his POC's contact information. Now it says:
Your application is at CNRC for additional processing.
Items waiting to be processed:
Transcripts
Debarment and Drug Statement
Statement of Understanding

It used to say that before and he sent them in, it was updated and now back to this status except the CPO's name and contact information is not there any longer? The CPO said he was going to make sure he met this weeks board. Hmmmmm.

thanks for all the responses. USMAROTC, I will take your advice and attempt to call my recruiter later in the week.

Don't be afraid to call!

The other option is to call the NROTC 1-800-628-7682 (NAV-ROTC) and check with them on if they actually have everything. If you see my previous post the Portal said DS was done, then not done. I called the 800 number and followed the menu options to "Questions after submission" and they were able to tell us if they actually had everything. Wouldn't tell me when the boards were or if my DS was meeting a board this week, but they said everything was in despite what the portal said.
