ROTC Scholarship Question

When I upload the documents of my PFA and my GPA, do they verify by calling the administrator? Because my teacher will be out of town.
 
this is for air force like the gpa and the pfa result paper that my teacher signed
 
If it still the same as it has been in the past everything is done electronically.
I believe the GC will also be required to submit a school profile too. This is where they tell them the % that go 4 year Ivy, Private, Public, 2 year and work force. Plus % that take AP/IB, and how many AP/IB offered.

Yeah I know that. I have the signed PFA results and signed counselor paper that I uploaded. However, I was wondering if they actually contact my counselor/teacher because my teacher will be out of town and I'm not sure if she can be contacted. My counselor however, may be able to.
