It's a business. As long as the staff raise enough funding to pay themselves and suppport USAFA atheltics, it could be a staff of 1200 . . .

I can't speak for pre-9/11, but today, it generally is.

Generally we joke that making O-3 has the following requirements:
-No sexual assaults
-No DUIs
-Can fog a mirror

Do you care to explain this further? Aglages is a parent to both ROTC and USAFA cadets. Under what information are you calling him a slacker? Keeping in mind, of course, that personal attacks are not allowed on this forum.
