parent letter from VMI

Hello everyone I applied a couple weeks ago to VMI and recently received a parent letter and brochure from VMI that says why your son should choose VMI is this sent to everyone who applies or does it mean something?

My DS visited VMI and ultimately decided not to apply. We still received the same brochure.
 
VMI has started sending out acceptance letters--family member received one yesterday. Process may take a couple weeks.
 
The "Early Decision" acceptance letters or have they also started sending the "rolling admission" letters?

I believe they are just sending out the early decisions right now, but I could be wrong. I think they begin the rolling admission letters in Jan.
 
My DS (currently a Rat) applied rolling admissions last year and was accepted the first week of December. So I think that, if your file is complete early enough, they may go ahead and start processing the rolling admits along with the EDs.

DS applied "rolling admissions" to VMI and received his acceptance letter about a week and a half ago.
