Army ROTC uniforms?

Pretty random question, but just curious.

I'm an AFROTC cadet and I noticed that the Army program at my college has now taken back the uniforms of all the non-contracted cadets. Literally no cadet gets one unless they are contracted.

Is this a new Army policy, or just something unique to my school? Previously every cadet got one on day one of the program.

yep, the uniforms are gone for non-contracted in my battalion as well!

My DS is a 3YR AD cadet and not contracted yet but they let him keep his...but anyone not on Scholarship or Contracted had them taken away in the Fall.
