Has anyone ever heard of a school suspension causing the applicant to not be admitted to west point, even if he/she was fully qualified?
What I am asking, is has that ever been the case? If so, could you please provide me an example? It depends on the reason for the suspension. We have seen many things on this page through the years.
Thank you for all the information, but in other words you are saying the policies may be more strict against suspensions than in previous years?C/O 2019.
JMO, but if the incident happened exactly as you said, I would be in the school superintendent's office with my parents getting ready to fight tooth and nail. I wouldn't let it go on my record while the other guy got off scot-free.I am applying for the class of 2020, I was suspended for 3 days for making a racist remark in my defense from a bully that was tormenting me. The principal said I had brought it to another level so therefore I was punished while the bully was getting away with the crime. I would've been fine with the punishment if I had been the aggrevator. But it still bothers me very much. Also will it affect my receiving of a congressional nomination?
