Does a VP nomination show up on your portal?

It didn't show up on DD's but she did get a letter from USNA saying they had received the information where she had applied for the nomination.

No - VP's never show up on the portal and are typically saved for the very end of the Appointment process to be used on highly qualified candidates who do not have a nomination from another source.

The VP, like all MOC, can have 5 candidates at any SA at any given time. In most years one candidate would be charged to the VP's slate; some years it might be two candidates.
