Interesting info from 3/30/15 USMA Board of Visitors Meeting

Anyone have any insight into what the curriculum changes might be for the class of 2019?

So does Col McDonald mean that 303 women have already been extended offers, accepted offers or is that just the number of 3Q+Nom females? If 303 show up on R-Day, that will the Class of 2019 to 24.2% female, assuming 1250 new cadets.

That's the projected number based on how many offers have gone out to females and how many they expect to accept. Is the class size 1250 this year? It was 1217 last year including the internationals.

Not certain on the projected class size, my estimate is pure speculation. Are you inferring that all the female offers have already decided and sent?

I wouldn't know that. But since they have "goals" to achieve, and 303 has been reported to Sue Fulton and the BOV, they will make sure they get there if they don't get the female yield they want out of the offers already sent, i.e. they will get them from any remaining females on the wait list. I don't think the USMAPS offers have gone out, but they know how many females they are probably going to take from there.

Projected class size is 1250. This number was quoted by the keynote speaker a week ago at Founder's Day in south Texas.
