Still in the Game

It seems that WP is holding their TWEs till the end; I don't remember seeing any posted here. I know my DS will be declined as there were two other students from his slate already appointed.
 
There were five or so appointments last week on this forum. Given the relatively small pool of applicants/applicant parents that frequent this place, that's a pretty good number this late in the game. I'd say there's still reason for hope.

You can always call or email your RC. They are usually pretty responsive and honest about your status.

DS is still in the game. DoDMERB remedial pending. Getting down to the wire. With a 10% acceptance rate, to have gotten this far is an accomplishment. Proud of him either way.
 
I'm hoping that it maybe I can just make it to April 15th without receiving the dreaded TWE, that day will bring some BFE's and appointments when people turn down West Point for another school.

DS's classmate received a TWE two weeks ago.
 
DD still in the game too! RC helped to identify that DD is waiting on primary appointee to receive
an appointment from USNA (his first choice) and/or USAFA before declining USMA. Hopeful!
DD is much more patient at waiting than mom. Plan B in place with 3yr AROTC scholarship UKY.
 
Still here in Florida but actively moving towards plan B after crunching the mental numbers.
DS still has hope and is all too aware of the decreasing percentage in his favor. He is also a fighter. God has a plan for him, a good one for a good kid.
He will be fine either way!
 
My FFR hasn't told me anything yet about my status, but hopefully with the increased number of women being added to this years class, I'll be among them
 
Still waiting here in central CA. Haven't heard anyone from my district receiving any BFEs or TWEs. DoDMERB still pending *sigh*. Maybe they're all waiting on me :3 ha wishful thinking takes the pain out of the anticipatory waiting game.
 
USMA admissions page on FB says they don't expect to fill up the 2019 class until end of April, with possibly a few offers extending into May. Each week that goes by a few more offers and a few more rejections get sent, so it's like a nerve-wracking game of musical chairs.

That's why each day there is no TWE in my mailbox is a success in my eyes
