Corps of Cadets Dorms

Hi, I am just wondering how the Dorm situation is at the Virginia tech corps of cadets. I would assume freshman year you're quite restricted, but as you progress, are TVs allowed? Or possibly Xbox's or gaming consoles? I know everything is very strict but I've heard as you get older in the program the more benefits you have and I was wondering if this was one of them. Thanks!
 
When I was in the VTCC, freshmen were not allowed to have TVs, Xboxs, etc. in their rooms. But for upperclassmen, there were not restrictions on them. Not sure if its changed recently.
