Yes, that has gone extremely well at campuses all over the nation.
 
The numbers reported are surprisingly high. I know it's an opinion piece but it would have been good to give comparision number to a "normal" university. Not that I'm trying to minimize the impact but the authors are saying that Title IX is more effective than the current system the Academies have in place and I wonder how true that is.

Thanks Stealth. 16% just seems ridiculously high number for our SAs and three times higher than other universities. But reading through this article it still doesn't give a clear comparison. They state a 2000 study for other universities but that's a 13-14 year span, a ton can happen in 14 years. Also like the article implies it could be due to SA students more likely to report. And back to the original article shouldn't they have stated that the most recent reporting that other universities have is 14 years old and the SAs report more frequently? The original article just gives me the impression that nothing has been done and is very slanted.

Once again not that this isn't a very serious topic just the writing on this topic in the original article makes me ask all these question. Then again I think that was the goal to start an educated discussion about a serious topic.

The other thing is if the victim of harassment doesn't like the outcome can the cadet go above the Superintendent? You know continue up the chain of command?
