AFROTC ICSP stipend questions

I have 2 questions regarding in college scholarship monthly stipend. Thanks!

1) Do you get paid over months you are not in school?

2)Is the amount the same for all scholarships(in college and high school), such as $300 for freshman, $350 for sophomores, $450 for juniors and $500 for seniors?
 
You will not get paid over the summer until you are a POC...basically jr. yr aka 300.

Contracted is contracted. Same amount.

its not $450? on the ROTC website it says $450 for juniors, so I thought at least.
 
AKA meant AS300/junior year not $300.
Stipend is paid in arrears.
IOWS, you contract August 31st. You will not be paid on Sept 1st the full mid pay. Your first stipend will be mid Sept., at best.

Pima means that there's no difference in pay between an HSSP and ICSP cadet. All contracted cadets get the same pay dependent on their level. The pay scale you mentioned is correct. You will get $450 as a junior.
