Hello, today I just found out that I am medically qualified for West Point, but for Air Force and Navy, it states: "Under DODMERB review". Are each of the academies reviewed differently? Thank you very much.

Just a question, where does it say that you're qualified? Like where will it say it officially? On the DoDMERB website or dodmets or on your portal?

Each Service has their own reviewers at DoDMERB. A Navy Doc reviews the USNA candidates, an Army Doc reviews the USMA candidates, etc.

Does the DoDMERB status area change to under DoDMERB review after the medical forms are submitted or was this always what the status read? Just curious...

I think it says that once the medical is requested by the SA or ROTC unit. It will definitely be truly under review if your status shows that the forms were received from DODMETS.

The DQs etc in each service are also somewhat different. Different color vision requirements for Army vs Navy vs Air Force, etc.
