What's considered a good amount of push-ups, sit-ups for the fitness assessment? Also, what is a good time for the 1 mile rune?

For ROTC? Maximums. But honestly as long as your getting above a 90 you are usually competitive ranking wise. Different ball of wax if you are talking about going for a scholarship.

Like is there a certain number of push ups and sit ups I need? A certain amount of time I have to get under for the run?

Just aim for the max. I can't stress this enough. By giving a limit, you are less likely to try your best. I'm sure there are charts online that show you minimum by branch but for scholarships, you should aim high. (Fly, fight, win! Lol)

Like he said above there are minimums for each branch, take a look on Google for the specific guidance.

I got 33 pushups, 43 sit ups and an 8:07 minute mile. Is that a good score?

Are you asking about The Army ROTC fitness test?, if you are the answer above that mentions a 90 score does not relate to the Army.

The AROTC Scholarship requires a PFT, there is no Max/Min score, just do the best you can, the numbers you have are not bad, if you can get below a 8 minute mile that would be better.
