Is anyone interested in reading over my candidate statements?
I had my English teacher review them and she made a few changes here and there but I would appreciate if someone with military background who has experience with the topics would offer an opinion.

Read your Candidate Instructions and what is allowed. You are getting a lot further than spelling and grammar proof reading, and by venturing into seeking substance and style advice. Further, by putting this out there, you are asking someone to copy portions or all of your work that they could then use. Finally, this is an anonymous forum where your competition (and parents) is also reading which does not make it the right venue to seek advice. Consider that not everyone on here has the best advice because of experience (benign) to the potential to sabotaging your statements.

The third essay is kind of short(190 words). Didn't they say each statement is supposed to be between 250 and 500 words?

Usna1212, you received very good advice from 845something. Please heed it.

I have edited the link out of OP's post at his request. I will leave the thread here as a reminder to others reading the forums that this is not a good idea. This comes up every year and no one seems to learn.
