I took the ACT one time over a year ago to see what it's like and bombed the math section (24). Decided to go with the SAT and have a 740 math. I never submitted my act scores but they showed up on my portal this week. Admissions must have gotten them off my transcripts. Will this bad score hurt me even though my SAT is fairly decent? I know they take the highest score so will admissions even see the low act score? Thanks

We just discussed this last week on another thread. Search the forums for "superscoring," too. Short answer is that yes, Admissions will see your scores, and no, having low scores won't hurt your chances as long as you've replaced it with a higher score.

I'm pretty sure that if you go to the profile part on your portal, you can see your best scores in each subject for each test on there.
So far, the only ACT in my portal is April 2015. I was able to improve a combined 5 points from April when I took it in September though, so it would be helpful to get the new scores up.

Yeah then you should contact your RC. but you did choose to send the scores to USMA on your score recipient list right?

I'm talking about USNA. Also, I sent the scores with the 4 free ones they give you.

Sorry I meant to put an N lol and yes email them because my scores from June took forever to update but my September went on really fast
