I took the CFA and here are my results:
BB throw- 31 ft
Pull up- 1
Shuttle run-10.3sec
Sit ups- max
Push up- max
1 mile run- 6:34min

I know my basketball throw is low and I read that 1 pull is better than a flexed arm hang so I choose to do the pull up. I am submitting my scores, but was wondering if I re-take the test and do better on one of the events if West Point would take that into consideration?

I guess since you mention flexed arm hang that you are female, and you are correct in that 1 pull up trumps any flexed arm hang.

I suspect your scores (although definitely not Army Rangerette) are sufficient to pass.

If so, I'd quit worrying about the CFA and start building up your body for the rigors ahead if you get admitted.

The basketball throw is a silly measure of academy or physical proficiency anyway.

The basketball throw measures ability to generate shoulder girdle power and total body coordination and balance from a stationary position.

If you are female the average BB is 41, max 68. Your score is below average; we don't know if it's failing. If you fail one section you fail the CFA. WP wants a passing score on the BB. I would suggest you watch the YouTube videos, practice & redo the CFA before submitting.

OP if you dig through the forum you can find posters who posted their CFA scores and whether or not they passed. You might be able to find someone that passed the CFA for USMA(different service academies have different CFA standards) with a basketball throw of 36 or less.

The candidate doesn't always get to choose whether or not his or her scores are submitted. Some CFA administrators will submit the CFA for a candidate even if the candidate doesn't want them to submit it.

You should be practicing the events together & have an idea whether you are above the average score in each event before asking someone to administer the CFA. If a candidate is doing the official CFA for the first time and those scores are submitted, but below the average, there's no guarantee a redo will be allowed. Just seems to me like preparation is a given.
