Hello everyone!
I've applied for the NROTC scholarship beginning in July and completed my application in October. My status has been changed the second week of November to:
"The NSTC Selection/Placement Office has received your application.
Missing Items
All required items have been processed.
Selection Status
No decision has been made on your application. "
When should I expect to get the final results regarding my status?
Thanks to all!

That is the standard "wait" screen.

No telling. Could be next week, could be April. Hang in there!
Thank you for your response. Apparently this week was a selection board. Do applicants receive acceptance/denied e-mails during the end of the selection board or during?

You will not see denied at this point. If not selected this board, your record rolls into the next. The wait factor.

My DS received his 4 year NROTC notification the beginning of November, received his envelope in the mail November 15th/16th. What was very interesting is that originally he had UPenn as his #1 school. He status was similiar to yours for all of October (app completed in September). Then after some research DS decided that the University of Illinois was a better school for his physics major so he notified NROTC of his college order change. No lie or embellishment. The day after he notified NROTC of his college choice change he received notice on his portal that he was awarded the scholarship. Maybe coincidence, maybe not.

Additionally, a scholarship winner wouldn't be notifies until some time after the board. Once you have been awarded a scholarship then another group will determine which college(s) the scholarship will be for. Once that is complete they should start the process of notifying you.

Hang tough. I know waiting sucks. DS waited until mid-April some years back to get a thanks but not now letter. Fortunately plan B was in place and we still had plenty of time to execute. He participated in Naval ROTC anyway and won a scholarship that kicked in the second semester of his sophomore year. He's now a USMC 2ndLt. Point being.... keep working alternate plans and apply for other scholarships.... and don't rule out participating in NROTC anyway. The are many paths to a commission.
