I am a female and was wondering if I had competitive CFA Scores?



BBall throw: 61
Pull-ups: 7
Shuttle Run: 9.1
Crunches: 79
Push ups: 50
Mile: 8:09

Wow! 7 pull-ups? I would say you did outstanding. Only thing that needs a little work is your run. . Good job.

Work on that run. 7 pull ups are great. Take a look at the USNA PRT scores. This will tell you what you need to shoot for when you report in on I Day. Run, run some more.
