Nomination...now what?

I just received my nomination for USAFA in the mail! Now that I have received my waiver, LOA, and nomination, how long will it be until nominations are uploaded to portals and appointments are sent out? I understand it is slightly different for everyone, but typically how long after a nomination is received is it uploaded? Thank you!

Mine was uploaded the day I received my letter and appointments are offered anytime between now and the end of March

It also varies on when the MOC actually turns in their slate, which isn't due until Jan. 31. They may still be wrestling with the other nominations.

I Received a letter via snail mail on November 17 but didn't get anything on my email and when I read the letter I went to check my portal and saw it.
