Thanks Objee! Any statistics on how many usually accept their appointment from EA?

Thank you for this post, Objee. How many appointment offers are remaining for candidates who applied after the EA deadline?

While Objee is the definitive source, I believe the anticipated class size for 2020 is 292. There will likely be a small number of international cadets along with slots for prep kids.( 20-30?) from the previous year.
I don't remember seeing stats on acceptance rates.... Dodmerb and waivers are also a factor, of course.

What's ACT scores average.

In reviewing several on-line ACT conversion websites, the reported SAT scores seem comparable to an ACT composite score of 30. My DS had ACT composite of 28 (Math on SAT and ACT were much higher than CR and W resulting in a lower ACT composite). He really enjoys math; not so much with writing...

Objee...Thanks for your post! Do you know how many males/females make up the 196 appointments? Also, is it true that the class size of 2020 is 292?

Is that high percentage of Aimsters average for EA?

OBJEE, is that 53% of the AIMsters got appointments or 53% of the appointments were AIMsters?

That's really high, isn't it?

Talking to some of the people when my daughter was at AIM, they seem to acknowledge that the PFE scores off campus tend to be inflated a bit. Hoping they don't penalize those who took it at the school at one of the events.

Objee, are those appointments offered or appointments accepted? The question was raised on another thread (by me!)

The post is from early January, so it has to be appointment offered. They have till May 1 to accept/decline the offer.

Appointments are appointments; acceptances are those who choose to accept their appointment.

Quick question for admissions, the deadline to accept a spot on the waitlist was February 1st, just wondering how many people accepted their position on the list?
