What do you thin I should do if I have e-mailed my admissions counselor at USAFA but they haven't gotten back to me in 2 days? Maybe I'm expecting too fast of a reply but I feel like maybe I should send the e-mail again. Thanks

Give them a call, and remember their time zone. I found they often don't get emails as quickly as a phone call. Call during their business hours, depends on your time zone.

Ok. Thank you. Everything is so stressed with technology I forgot about a simple phone call ...

You are a millennial....if you are like my DS/DD's, phone conversations are an alien concept. ;)

One thing to remember about the counselors at USAFA...there are 10 of them (although they may be short 2 right now)....for the entire world.

They're a tad busy.

Give them a bit of a break...if you mailed them on Monday...if you don't hear back by Thursday, try on Friday. But give them a bit of a break.

I tease my kids now and then when I see them texting. "Some day, that technology will advance so much that you'll be able to hear your friend's voice from anywhere in the world. and they'll be able to hear you. It'll be like you were standing in the same room."
The first few times they had to think about it before it dawned on them...
