Time required to process documents

Hey guys
So how long does it generally take for documents to be acknowledged on application portals this time of year? I sent my updated resume/transcript about 4 weeks ago and my December ACT scores in and they haven't been updated yet. Additionally, my ALO said he finished my evaluation but that's not showing either.
Yesterday I called my counselor to follow up on everything and he said that they received my act scores but nothing else. I get that the flow of documents can get congested this time of year so I completely understand why it would happen, but I'm pretty anxious to have my file ready to be reviewed

It takes a long time. I sent by June ACT scores in as soon as I got them (late June). I waited all summer and had to call them in September to get it to show up. My transcript was submitted too before it was due, it was received and appeared as viewable document on my portal, but there was no check next to my HS transcript. That was just added today. Also, my ALO interview appeared about a month after it was submitted, and this was before the mad rush of appointments being sent out. I wouldn't worry about it because I'm 99% sure they have it and haven't added it. Call your USAFA Counselor if you want to double check, but you should be fine. I know waiting is the hardest part, I'm in the same boat with you.

Call the contact on your portal. I forgot what the person is called, but I think it is the top name and number listed. It is a clerical person. Based on your state and whether your last name is in first or second half of alphabet. That person can review your file and tell you what they have received. That is also the person who logs it into portal. The clerks can be very helpful.

Thanks for the advice! Yeah he was the guy I called yesterday. He was reassuring for the most part about my documents getting turned in, they just have to get processed. Probly shoulda been more specific and said I called my USAFA Counselor because rereading my original post could make one think I called my high school counselor

I am in the same predicament as you. I submitted an official college transcript and it was uploaded on 13 Jan, 2016. I am still waiting for the Academy to review and mark my application complete. From what I've gathered, they are quite busy. So, it might take awhile for the final documents to be reviewed.

Same for me! My college transcript shows up on my portal as a PDF file and it has been scanned weeks ago. But the beautiful checkmark isn't showing up yet. My counsellors are out, will call them tomorrow!

Ive had my req docs turned in since like mid August, and all I've been waiting for is my ALO eval from late August. Nothing is more stressful than checking ur application portal every day and seeing no changes. I definitely know how y'all feel about docs not being updated
