Specifically speaking for Norwich and the Citadel, are there physical requirements separate then the ROTC PFT'S that need to be completed? I can't remember anyone ever saying that you had to have a certain amount of push ups, sit ups and running time to stay in the Corp. Thanks

At Norwich you must pass the Corps of Cadets PFT.
It is the same standards as the Army PFT.
If you do not pass, you are put are remedial. You'll just need to attend PT sessions a few times a week unless it becomes blatant you are making little to no effort to improve/pass.

all cadets at The Citadel must pass a PT test and are placed in remedial training if they don't meet standards.

For those without a scholarship, while the Corps will teach you how to do pushups etc, just don't be that guy wheezing during the first mile of the first run. There are many like that. Get ready and in shape beforehand. It makes your Corps bosses' and in particular, your life much easier.

Excellent advice!! First impressions are really important- fall out of your first run and that is the impression that people remember long after you finally get in shape. Is that fair or right? Meh- doesn't matter- it's just the way life is. So spend some time pushing your self now with a goal of maxing your PT scores - not barely staggering across, because just passing is never good enough. And your personal stress level will be much lower if you are in good shape and not barely hanging in while everyone else is cruising. Bottom line-you can't over prepare for PT or academics! good luck
