how to delete

Contact Tactical Nuke. I am sorry to see you leave. Rough thread and probably wasn't what you were expecting. But everything in life is a learning opportunity. I hope you were able to do some research on the USCGA and learn some info, there are some great posts out there on the academy on life as an officer.

I definitely used this site as a tool to learn from those who have walked before me, but like you said about the anonymity of online sites like these, I would rather be gone than risk my chances with someone finding out my true identity.
 
Sorry to see you go. I hope my reply to your post was not offensive, as it was not meant to be. I'm sure most others did not mean to offend, either - including yourself. Everyone's nerves are frayed, and it is becoming tougher everyday for the candidates who are waiting to hear (and their well-meaning parents). I wish you the best, as does my DD. Maybe you'll be classmates at the USCGA!
