Verification of acceptance

Does anyone know if there is a way to verify that my DS's acceptance has been received? The portal for the application is closed. Thank you!

Do you have to upload your acceptance to the portal for AROTC scholarships? I thought you could just scan the acceptance and email or fax it.

We just checked the portal, my son's was changed to the college of his choice and is listed as accepted, so I am assuming they received our email verification.
 
I believe you can do either. We emailed but just wanted some verification to make sure they received the email.
 
My son emailed his and now his portal says accepted.
