We'll continue mailing out CGAS appointments, 2013 appointments, and the "other letter" between now and early April. We attempt to have absolutely everything out the door by April 10th to ensure as many notifications as possible arrive no later than April 15th.

I don't anticipate us having a large waiting list this year, but applicants we want to hold will still be notified by April 15th. They'll have a few days to decide whether they want to remain on the waiting list or just withdraw their application from consideration. If we need to give appointments to the waiting list, it usually isn't until mid-May.
 
Thanks, Objee. My boy would not withdraw his application

under any circumstances (I'm sure many feel the same as he) and would report if offered with only 12 hours notice! He got good news from a friend that he met at AIM today. This guy was his favorite buddy that he met at AIM and he is in!

Will the site we had when we were applying to the academy ever change once we've finished the app and everything has turned gray, or will we get a new address once we've been accepted and received the information packets?
 
The only thing left to fill out on line is the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP).

All other info that needs to be filled out will come via the mail on paper.

Immunization records request, dental exray request, fingerprint cards, life insurance, NFCU, etc - all of that comes around April 15th.

Hello Objee....

In the CGAS pamphlet it mentions attended a program in April, but there is no mention of it in the letter, is this a required event? I am trying to figure how to schedule but there are no dates listed and no dates on the CGA site.

I will ask the CGAS Program Coordinator tomorrow, but I seem to remember a "come decide whether you want to accept your CGAS appointment" day last year...it was optional, but a nice opportunity for the CGAS class to meet each other in advance of the summer orientation.
