Decision Dates?

Since USMA is not on rolling admission, is there a set date where all candidates will hear their admission decision, or will all decisions come out by a specific date. (majority of USNA applicants will hear by April 15, what is USMA's date?
 
There have been cases where people come off the NWL just days before R-Day... So even though the majority of candidates will hear before the end of April, some might not.
