So I just received the gray envelopes in the mail today and after reading what to do with them, I noticed there were far more than the four small stated ones and the one large one. Am I supposed to do each form separately except for the ones stated to be placed together?
I also noticed an empty line along the top left of the envelope. Is this where the subject/contents of the envelope are supposed to go?
Thanks for helping in advance.

Some of them you won't use, but some of them do have different addresses. Read the sheet that comes with the envelopes as well the instructions booklet on your portal, some of the forms you end up emailing or faxing in. Also, some of the forms have due dates so make sure you pay attention to that!

There is a Facebook page for the West Point Class of 2020 Parents that is moderated by the West Point Parent Liaison, Deb Dalton. There is a wealth of information there and lots of answers to these types of questions for 2020 Parents. You must send a request to join once your child accepts the appointment.

How long did it take to get the grey envelopes? Still nothing in the mail. Just MOC call and portal change.

My DD got her actual appointment last Wednesday and the grey envelopes came in the next day (Thursday)

Just my 2 cents... When you use an item for the purpose that it was intended for, you "used" it...When you use it for another purpose, you "utilized" it. For ex: if you mailed out a letter, you used it: if you propped open a door with the envelopes, you utilized them.

What happens if you send each and every document to the others intended location? eg. Dental forms to the treasurer, viceverza..lol
