Hi guys. What running shoes do you recommend for West Point?

Comfortable ones
Exactly what forumjunkie said. Worth a few extra dollars to go to a good running store and getting fitted for a nice pair (nice doesn't mean expensive).

seriously dont know about USMA but USNA old site say has to be this or that color, but that is kinda old news. You just need to get the ones that are gonna do the best job for you. New BaL$%nc store has special inserts you can buy separate or with the shoes, personnaly I cant wear them, I have noticed that Sports @cad^my has good prices if budget is a concern.

I got some very good Nike free runs all black and I bought an insert that's make it even more better.

BTW what you really want to work on is Push ups and front leaning rest (Push up without the push)
