Will having mild astigmatism DQ you from an ROTC scholarship? I can see fine and I don't where my contacts regularly. Also what about minor red/green color blind? Will that also DQ you?
 
Most humans have at least a small amount of astigmatism. So that should not be an issue as long as you don't have high astigmatism or a disease of the cornea associated with high astigmatism like keratoconus. Color blindness may, however, be an issue.
 
Astigmatism shouldn't be an issue. However, red/green color blindness is disqualifying for navy option NROTC.
